Cullor Property Management seeks talented team members to help grow our multifamily portfolio throughout Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Arkansas.
Hideaway Cove is a 65 unit apartment complex features Studio, 1, and 2 bedroom apartments.
We are looking for a Leasing Consultant to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our residents. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to inquiries, outbound marketing through Facebook marketplace, showing available units, and helping to process applications. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be organized and detail-oriented, and have the ability to work independently. We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping people find their perfect home.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to potential and current tenants.
- Handle all tenant inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
- Prepare lease documents and review with tenants.
- Conduct market surveys and research to determine rental rates.
- Maintain accurate records of all leases and tenant information.
- Inspect units before and after move-in/move-out.
- Develop marketing strategies to attract new tenants.
Experience:
- 2 Years of high performing leasing experience
- Yardi experience
Pay:
- $17-20 per hour
- Generous Leasing Commissions
