We are seeking a friendly and knowledgeable Leasing Agent to help us lease a brand new luxury property in downtown Bridgeport, CT. You will play a vital role in helping us achieve our occupancy goals and creating a positive experience for our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Tours:
- Conduct engaging property tours, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Network with potential residents through community events and outreach programs.
- Leasing Process:
- Pre-qualify leads and answer questions about our properties and leasing terms.
- Guide prospective residents through the application process, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Negotiate lease agreements and close deals with confidence and professionalism.
- Resident Relations:
- Build rapport with residents and foster a positive community atmosphere.
- Address resident concerns promptly and efficiently, ensuring their satisfaction.
- Organize resident events and activities to promote engagement and build a sense of belonging.
- Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all leasing activities.
- Prepare reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a leasing or customer service role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Passionate about the real estate industry and the local community.
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude with a genuine desire to help people.
Bonus Points:
- Bilingual skills (Spanish, Mandarin, etc.)
- Experience in marketing or social media.
- Proven track record of exceeding leasing goals.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
