Apartment Groundskeeper

```Duties```
- Perform general groundskeeping duties to maintain the appearance and functionality of outdoor spaces.
- Conduct regular landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
- Plant, water, and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees.
- Operate and maintain power tools and equipment necessary for groundskeeping tasks.
- Use hand tools to perform various landscaping activities such as raking, weeding, and pruning.
- Assist in the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems.
- Ensure that outdoor areas are clean and free of debris.
- Collaborate with team members to plan and execute landscaping projects.

```Requirements```
- Previous experience in groundskeeping or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques and practices.
- Familiarity with operating power tools and equipment used in groundskeeping.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy objects and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills to work collaboratively with team members.
