The Shared Services Supervisor will manage the Shared Services team and provide oversight for timely and accurate entry of all transactions (AP invoices and cash applications). This working manager will also support the Shared Services department to manage vendor accounts and interact with HHT/FHH field members to aid in the fulfillment of their tasks as needed.
What will do:
- Provide direction, training, and supervision to the shared services team.
- Alpa numeric data entry into accounting software (currently Manage 2000 and P21 Commerce Center) for Shared Services transactions for HHT and FHH.
- Reconcile vendor statements to internal records and help to resolve differences.
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts to identify opportunities for improved processes within the Shared Services department.
- Provide oversight on interaction/task completion between assigned HHT/FHH facilities and Shared Services team members. Complete tasks as needed.
- Provide oversight for FHH and/or HHT cash application daily/monthly process completion. Complete tasks as needed.
- Provide oversight for subcontractor administration, rent/lease database administration and 1099 administration.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5 or more years of experience in Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite software including Excel and Word
- Knowledge of general accounting
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- High attention to detail and ability to work with numbers
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt to continuous improvement driven change with a positive attitude
- Ability to help troubleshoot issues within department
- Urgency surrounding the entry of Shared Services transactions
