AP/AR Specialist-WA

Owens Pump & Equipment is looking for an AP/AR Specialist to join their team. This person will be working in the office. Must have customer service experience, AP/AR experience, and accounting experience.
Wages:
* $23-$28 DOE
Work days/hours:
* Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Job Responsibilities:
* Maintaining Customer Accounts
* Working and sending invoices via our accounting software
* Collecting payments via check, ACH, or Credit Card
* Posting Payments/Receipts in a timely manner
* Securing Company Revenue with on time payments
* Customer Credit review and approval (with President review)
* Monitor & Review Employee Expense Reports
* Financial Reports to Management
* Keeping track of all company payments, including payroll, purchase orders, vendor bills.
* Verification of vendor bills vs purchase order.
* Reconciling accounts & balances
* Maintain Records
* Payroll Reconciliation
* Pay Vendors with scheduling ACH or Checks.
* Financial Reports to Management
Qualifications:
* Computer skills
* Customer service experience
* Accounting experience
* QuickBooks experience
