Ap Accountant

IPAP's AP Accountant is the backbone and an important team player in already outstanding team! You will be primarily responsible for entering vendor invoices for payment, reconciling vendor invoices, and processing vendor payments.

Additional responsibilities include processing expense reports and responding to vendor inquiries regarding payment status and deduction backup.

Here are some examples of the work that will make up your day @ IPAP.

Enter Vendor Invoices for Payment:

• Enter supplier invoices by invoice number, PO #, invoice amount, and line items.
• Reconcile supplier invoices to PO receipts and code any variances.
• Enter freight invoices by invoice number, PO #, invoice amount, and line items
• Reconcile freight invoices to signed bill of ladings and code any variances.
• Receive POs for direct shipments.
• Enter and reconcile warehouse invoices.
• Enter miscellaneous invoices by invoice number, invoice amount, and GL account.
• Process approved expense reports.

Process vendor payments

• Approve to pay invoices that are due, recognizing and confirming any purchase discounts.
• Release and import integration files between ERP and accounting system.
• Process ACH payments.
• Email remittances to appropriate supplier contacts.
• Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payment status and deduction backup.
• Other duties as assigned.

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
