AOI/Automated Optical Inspection Programmer

Hirng an AOI Programmer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining programs for Automated Optical Inspection systems used in the electronics manufacturing industry.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of AOI equipment in identifying defects and ensuring the quality of electronic components.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize AOI programs for electronic inspection systems based on project specifications and requirements.
• Write and debug code to create efficient algorithms for defect detection and classification.
• Calibrate and fine-tune AOI machines to achieve optimal performance and accuracy.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of AOI systems into the production process.
• Work closely with quality control teams to understand and address issues related to defect detection and classification.
• Implement improvements to enhance the overall quality inspection process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Previous experience in AOI programming or related fields.
• Proficient in programming languages commonly used in AOI systems, such as C++ or Python.
