The YWCA Greater Harrisburg is a leader in providing human trafficking services and education in Pennsylvania through its PAATH15 Crossroads Human Trafficking Project and is seeking a new team member.
The Anti-Human Trafficking Case Manager plays a critical role in this project, providing assessment and services to human trafficking victims including crisis intervention, case management, accompaniments, advocacy, and other supports. This position also serves as the liaison with 8 project partners, coordinating services, collecting and recording data, and preparing outcome reports. The Case Manager interfaces routinely with law enforcement, prosecutors, health care workers and numerous community service providers.

Successful candidates must have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human services or related field preferred and 2 years prior work experience with victims of crime. Equivalent combination of education and experience considered
- Prior experience serving human trafficking victims preferred
- Experience effectuating project goals and objectives and reporting outcomes
- Child abuse, criminal and FBI clearances required prior to start date
- Must have reliable personal vehicle, valid driver's license, proof of insurance and ability to travel throughout the project territory (13 counties in PA)
- Ability to work non-standard hours as may be necessary
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 37.5 per week
