What You'll Be Doing
As an Administrator Processor, you'll play a crucial role in our team, handling the initial review, processing, and issuance of individual Annuity New Business applications. You'll communicate effectively with our field partners, ensuring all requirements are met and following up with other carriers as needed. Your responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing, accurately entering data, and issuing individual Annuity New Business through our systems
- Processing post-issue money efficiently
- Conducting quality reviews to ensure accurate processing
- Providing excellent customer service by answering phone calls and emails promptly
- Assisting with other tasks as assigned by your manager

What You Need to Succeed
We're looking for candidates with:
- An associate's degree or equivalent work experience
- At least 2 years of data entry experience
- Experience in the financial services industry (preferred, but not required)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Willingness to obtain LOMA 1 Designation (281 and 291) within one year
