We are a small, family owned and operated pet resort looking to expand our services. We are located in Lykens, Pennsylvania. Currently we offer lodging and limited grooming. We are just starting to offer Ultimate Day Care!

Who We Are Looking For:

We are searching for a hardworking, self-motivated individuals who can bring their energy, passion and talent to our team and play a key role in keeping dogs safe and both physically / mentally healthy.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with animals and a strong desire to provide high-quality care. This position requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Dog Daycare / lodging environment is welcome
• Knowledge of canine and feline behavior and health (preferred but not required)
• Attention to details
• Team Player
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Willingness to extended period of time oudoors
• Must be able to work weekends
• Positive Attitude
• Effective communication – both orally and written

Responsiblities:

• Cleaning, feeding, medication administration and general care for overnight and day guests
• Provide supervision for 1 on 1 time and group play activities
• Closely monitor all dogs / cats in our care and report concerns to superivsors
• Interact with clients including arrival and departure of pets, providing updates during pet’s stay through phone and email.
• Outdoor property maintenance including lawn care and snow maintenance
