About the job
- Must be local and able to commute to the Wilmington DE office.
- Core hours: 9-5 (M-F) / possible off-Core hours for release and support activities.

Responsibilities
- Full-stack design and development for healthcare software applications.
- Follow and promote Agile practices like SCRUM, BDD and TDD, Pair Programming.
- Research new technologies, identify and learn best practices, adapt quickly, and provide technical guidance to other team members.
- Work with geographically distributed teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Presenting and demoing to users and stakeholders.
- Promoting excellent user experience and system performance.
- Identify ways to improve design and development.
- Demonstrate ability to successfully work in a small, innovative, and creative team.
- Ensure adherence to architecture standards, risk management and security policies.
Requirements
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of application development experience.
- Expertise in designing, development, deployment, and testing on responsive UI using Angular latest version (Angular 15+).
- 5+ years of experience developing Web based UI’s using Angular, Node.js, Java Script, TypeScript, NPM, jQuery, MEAN stack, CSS and Ajax.
- Proficient with database technologies such as MySQL.
- Ability to write cross-browser compatible code.
- Authentication authorization implementation OAuth/OIDC in UI apps.
- UI Deployment – config map creation, secrets creation with knowledge of NGX server deployment
- Perform user research, task analysis, user centered design/interaction design for designing the UI wireframes.
- Understanding of UX design and capability/skill to update or suggest modification based on best design approach.
- Design and setup the application folders based on Angular-CLI scaffolding.
- Create Modules, Components, Directives, Custom Pipes in Angular.
- Experience using Amazon Web Services (AWS). Hands-on experience focusing on services like Cognito, S3, IAM, RDS. (Nice to have: Lambda, Simple Storage Service (S3), Command Line Interface (CLI), Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2), CloudWatch, Elastic Container Service (ECS), Cloud Formation, Route 53, Secrets Manager).
- Proficient with HTTP, FTP, TCP/IP protocols.
- Hands-on experience with REST, SOAP, WSDL, UDDI, JSON, XML, JAX web service protocols.
- Experience architecting micro services and API gateways.
- Experience with tools such as Bitbucket, JIRA, Confluence, Jenkins, CVS, SVN, Git, Chef, Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of industry wide technology trends and best practices.
- Participate in project/sprint planning, peer reviews, and evaluate project activities for compliance with design/development guidelines and standards.
- Strong computer science fundamentals such as algorithms, data structures, multithreading, object-oriented development, distributed applications, client-server architecture.
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Self-driven problem solver with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Performance tuning, unit testing, and debugging skills.
