**Anesthesiologist Job Opportunities near San Diego, California** Locations: - Poway, CA: 23 miles from Downtown San Diego - Escondido, CA: 30 miles from Downtown San Diego *General, Cardiac Call required* **Position Details:** - Salary: $500K+ yearly depending on production - Full-time, permanent positions - 1099 positions - Immediate openings due to multiple physicians retiring. - Candidates must be BC or BE - Daytime or nighttime positions available - Cardiac available - Cardiac call required for consideration - Physician-run, physician-only Anesthesia group - The group operates out of two hospitals. The primary campus in Escondido, California which is a large Community Hospital and level 2 Trauma Center in north county San Diego. It is a new and beautiful facility, with state of the art operating rooms, 5 IR suites, 2 Endo suites and a new surgery center being built next door. There is also a smaller community Hospital in Poway, CA. The group also works with several independent surgery centers around north county San Diego. - There are around 30 full-time Physicians in the group, along with some part-time and per diem physicians that help on occasion. - Hearts are optional, we have a growing heart team with two new CT surgeons. - Good mix of Ortho, GS, Uro, Gyn, Vascular, Neuro, Trauma, Optho, Endo, and Plastics. - No Peds under 13. - Call ranges for in-house OB and trauma call to home pager call. On average every 4-5 days. Call shifts are 12 or 24 hours. **Compensation:** - Salary: 500K+ yearly depending on production. - Productivity: ASA units - Traditional work schedule is independent contractor, 1099 billing. - One year partnership track for full-time work, which includes yearly profit sharing - 30K sign-on bonus if remain with group for 36 months - 401k plan offered through our group
