Responsibilities:

• Mix technical methodologies with creative problem solving to build trading strategy tools
• Closely integrate trading, quantitative research and technology
• Collaborate with quantitative staff and traders to create an analytics platform and data access layers for research, analytics and MIS
• Work with large datasets to build out standard data views
• Optimize highly distributed data pipelines for advanced quantitative modeling and real-time analytics feeding into the execution stack

Skills:

• 5+ years of experience with data and analytics using KDB+ for application Equities
• Hands on experience building code following solid development standards
• Expertise in R/Python a strong plus
