Job Title: Analytic Consultant
Job Duties
- Basic operation of auto dialers towards attainment of call campaign strategy goals, objectives (when applicable).
- Compile, manipulate data on scheduling software system to forecast future call volumes and maintain forecast files by transferring data.
- Extract data from software and import into statistical reports for analysis by management.
- Utilize scheduling software to create weekly schedules for individual phone representatives, taking into account forecasted call volumes, department meetings, time off requests, and University of PREMIER classes.
- Process representative's requests for work schedule changes; update organizational charts for operational departments.
- Perform data extraction and statistical database maintenance; and monitor operational performance, on a real time, daily, weekly, or monthly basis; answer and resolve operational area inquiries;
- Assist in training new employees; update current department procedures and create new procedures as the need arises; accomplish daily tasks carefully and thoroughly, with appropriate questions asked when necessary to ensure that the job is done correctly.
- Modify or write basic SQL queries for Power BI/SharePoint RS reporting or analytics.
- Use of SQL (or other programming languages); report building software; operation of auto dialers;
- Attainment of call campaign strategy goals and objectives (when applicable).

- Maintains timetables and ensures all deadlines are met. Must be flexible and display initiative in working on new tasks; accomplish daily tasks carefully and thoroughly, with minimal questions asked to ensure that the job is done correctly.
- Proficiently build report software; multiple reporting packages; use of knowledge of statistics.
- Use strong analytical skills to collect, organize, analyst disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy; provide analytical consultation for various assigned areas of Premier Bankcard.
- Compilation of application data, portfolio statistical data, and performance data from multiple sources to provide consultation/expert advice to management; provide project support to management for assigned operating areas; and assist senior staff or management in completion of special projects as assigned.
- Work as liaison between organizational groups to enhance communication; communicating and clarifying with business areas to determine/identify reporting needs and business/customer requirements that are related to long/short-term goals of the business.
- Ad-hoc reporting and report edits (Determine appropriate data sets, design and write the appropriate queries, assess/interpret data results, determine output methods along with actionable recommendations, review with applicable management); and act upon supplied data to resolve stated issues.
- Evaluate credit card operational activities for opportunities to improve overall general business operations; and fulfill responsibilities of the position with Management oversight; assesses priorities and changing needs, and coordinate with others accordingly.
- Produce periodic MIS reports to include standing daily, weekly and monthly, ensure MIS reports are completed and distributed when due and complete periodic Quality Reviews of re-occurring reports.
- Reporting calculations are accurate and based upon sound mathematical principles. No mistakes of a substantial nature; effectively communicate and interact with colleagues at all levels.
- Modify or write SQL queries for Power BI/SharePoint RS reporting or analytics; interpret links between data being pulled and the impact to the department and/or overall business.
- Consult with business areas to determine/identify analytical needs and business/customer requirements; special analysis projects and other duties as assigned.
