Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 2-3 years of experience in working in the financial services industry or other highly regulated industry
- Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment
- Strong analytical, technical and PC skills, e.g., Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Demonstrate good judgment
Qualifications Desired:
- Prior risk management, regulatory interaction or audit experience in the Banking/Finance industry or other similar function
- Demonstrated ability communicate effectively with various audiences at all levels of the organization including senior leadership
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- In support of the CoS, manage tracking, follow up and remittance of regulatory inquiries
- Assisting with coordination and execution of regulatory exams including scheduling of meetings and notes from said meetings
- Help facilitate updates to templates and presentations
- Data compilation and synthesis for internal and external committees as guided by the CoS and CRO
- Support peer groups within the Risk Office as needed and other duties as required
Physical demands and work environment: Work is generally sedentary in nature. The working environment is generally favorable. Lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment available.
Travel may be required.
