Analyst - Information Services Clinical Intermediate
Apply for a Clinical Information Services Intermediate Analyst position with IU Health. This position is part of the Core Clinical Applications department within Clinical IS and will support the daily operations of the Meds integration and Oncology teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performs ongoing system support, administration, maintenance and upgrades of clinical applications.
- Maintains up-to-date system test scripts and system documentation for assigned applications and functionality.
- Conducts on-site workflow assessments and identifies best practice standards.
- Analyzes, designs, and builds clinical applications to satisfy the needs of the user departments.
- Maintains a high level of interaction with all clinical areas to continually enhance/improve patient care.
PREFERRED:
- Electronic Health record experience (Cerner preferred)
- Healthcare Degree
- Continuous Improvement
- Communication and Organizational skills
REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years experience required.
- Requires current license/certification or eligibility (e.g. RN).
- Requires experience in a clinical discipline (e.g. Nursing).
- Requires experience with clinical systems or experience implementing/supporting clinical systems.
