Key Responsibilities:

This individual analyzes project data to ensure key activities (e.g., resource management, budgets, risks schedules, change control, etc.) are appropriately captured, reported controlled and improved. The successful candidate must be a great teammate and have a solid understanding of resource, financial, demand, project and portfolio management processes, can assist with process and tool improvements, PPM tool reporting and data governance.

  • Gathering of data, implementing sophisticated analyses, and being able to explain and display them in simple terms for broad understanding
  • Extraction, transformation, and analysis of raw data for inclusion in reports which assist IT Leadership in decision making
  • Track, manage, report, and forecast project labor hours and project financials
  • Track and lead required technology acquisition
  • Collaborate with procurement and vendors to ensure PO’s, delivery, and invoicing are completed in accordance with project schedule
  • Builds data governance process and manages practice and compliance to keep PPM, Financial and other data clean and accurate
  • Perform data analysis in support partner requirements
  • Build, design, and implement analytical models, data tracking, dashboard processes, that support initiatives using tools, methodologies, and files for analyzing and communicating data

Qualifications

What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):

  • Bachelor's degree in related industry or quantitative field
  • 2-4+ years in a program project management office with experience working with multiple projects including large program level budgets
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise actual to encouraged results along with a forecast of future spend
  • Proven proficiency with Spotfire, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, MS Office Suite and CA Clarity PPM
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship

What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Master's Degree in Business Analytics Technology, Business Analytics, or related degree
  • Airline experience
