As a critical member of the Corporate Actions team, the Analyst will be responsible for Domestic Cash Dividend Announcement processing. Interacting with the Client Service and Support organization. As an Analyst, you will be key contributor to a positive and broad team environment and have a strong dedication to team success
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- College degree or equivalent work experience
- 4+ years of experience working in financial services industry preferred.
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a professional approach through all communication methods and the ability to collaborate, communicate effectively and assertively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Suggesting and supporting implementation of process improvements and system enhancements that will increase efficiency and/or mitigate risk to the organization.
- Ability to be decisive.
The Team
The Operations & Services Group (OSG) provides superior customer service to Fidelity's brokerage businesses through innovation, dedication, and commitment to excellence. With seven operating divisions located throughout the country, OSG provides securities execution, clearance, and information management services to retail, institutional, and correspondent clients. OSG performs tens of thousands of over-the-counter, listed equities, options, bonds, and mutual fund transactions daily. OSG has a need for a Brokerage Operations Analyst in Corporate Actions.
The base salary range for this position is $52,000-$83,000 per year.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
