take an active role in the conflict clearance and Business Selection process
identify and resolve complex issues arising during the conflict check process while managing deal teams' expectations around outcome and turnaround time
provide and manage reporting requirements
lead strategic projects (e.g., enhanced automation and streamlining of processes, banker training, etc.)
work closely with Compliance and Operational Risk Control on audit and regulatory issues and responses
generate new ideas and creative approaches that help push the business forward
make sound and balanced judgments (and always within professional, ethical, regulatory and legal standards)
motivate and inspire others by providing a vision of shared goals
