Our client, a world-leading Pharmaceutical Company in Raritan, NJ is currently looking for a Senior Procurement Analyst / Information Technology (Hybrid work) to join their expanding team.
Job Title: Senior Procurement Analyst / Information Technology (Hybrid work)
Duration: 3 months contract, extendable up to 24 months
Location: Raritan, NJ
Note:
The client has the right-to-hire you as a permanent employee at any time during or after the end of the contract.

Job Description:
This is a hybrid position with 2-3 days requested to be onsite (across Tuesday, Wednesday and/or Thursday)
40 hours per week. Monday - Friday
8:00am to 5:00pm (8 hours but flexible on start and end time).
Duration of assignment until 12/31/22 with potential to be extended for 2023.

Ideal person would be process oriented, have Project Management skills, strong communication and great follow-up skills.

Education:
University/Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years, ideally 5+
Collaborates with teams to generate a strategy to track resource availability with identified vendors.
Single point of contact for team to support any related questions regarding elements of SOW.
Tracks all Pharmaceutical team members allocation and addresses any issues and escalates where appropriate.
Tracks all SOWs within Reporting & Analytics for Pharma & HMD.
Works with vendors to resolve any onboarding and offboarding issues.
Tracks vendor resources end dates against current and future SOWs.
Assists in providing both Weekly and Monthly reporting on project(s) highlights.
Keep up to date on all TS Engage System upgrades.
Key aspect of this role:
Management of statements of work/ vendor management/ resource management. Responsible for analytical delivery for partners - med tech and pharma. Process is in place for this (Needs, cost, resourcing).
