We collaborate with our development teams in science, mechanical and electrical engineering, physics, geoscience, to develop innovative drilling tools.
Partner with the best
As a AMO Maintenance Planner you will plan & schedule AMO workload & AMO activities for the shop. You will ensure safe and reliable AMO repairs are delivered to the global AMO organization in a cost effective and efficient manner without harm to people or the environment.
As a Maintenance Planneryou will be responsible for:
- Planning & scheduling AMO workload & AMO activities for the shop.
- Works closely with Service Delivery and Service Delivery Technician to understand requirements related to the equipment
- Manage master planning material processes and systems, prepare and update AMO schedules.
- Ensure operational alignment with AMO production plan and KPI’s
- Responsible to exchange data and information with supporting functions like sales, engineering and maintenance.
- Order fulfillment – Provides feedback to service delivery team on the best possible readiness dates & informs them of delays and changes.
- Work closely with materials team to optimize inventory by improving AMO processes.
- Provide signal to and updating material management team based on business requirements, contact point for inventory planner and expediting requests.
- Ensure all work orders are completed with documentation in associated systems.
- Oversee completion of products including all internal paperwork and filing of documents in compliance with appropriate oversight agencies.
- May perform SAP/MAPS/PRIDE/AMO WORK CENTER data entry & accurately or pass required data on to AMO Support Specialist. (If applicable).
- Identify cost-out opportunities and evaluate to lead/supervisor/manager/AMO engineer for review/implementation.

- Experience working independently
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English (oral and written).
- Proven track record in supporting and running AMO organizations.
- Able to travel 10%
- Strong computer skills for SAP, Microsoft office, maintenance planning tools (IE MAPS).
- Assertive, team leadership mindset.
