Responsibilities
- Manage and organize sales processes, reporting, and management tools
- Create spreadsheets, documents, designs, project documents, flowcharts
- Assist the sales team to set, track and fulfill monthly goals
- Offer general administrative support
- Collaborate with supporting departments to deliver products and services in a timely and organized manner
- Develop and follow up on action items
- Answer various phone and chat requests to book appointments.
- Calling on past and present leads and rebooking demos
Minimum Qualifications
- Administrative support experience
- G.E.D or High School Diploma equivalent
- A desire to work on a team, a commitment to learning, and flexibility to work in a constantly evolving environment
- Advanced phone skills and a pleasant personality
- Exceptional computer skills (MAC skills preferred)
- High-level expertise with spreadsheets, word processing, and project management.
- Google platform proficiency
- Type 50+ WPM
- Problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to multi-task and interact with and report to multiple individuals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
