Form of worki3 is looking for a AMD Foreign Military Sales System Analyst to join our team!
Responsibilities- Work as a member of the PEO-MS Integrated Fires Mission Command (IFMC) Project Office System Engineering (SE) Directorate analysis team to verify system requirements in support of Army AMD missions in the area of Foreign Military Sales (FMS).
- Work with the existing IFMC Joint Analysis Team (JAT), with an emphasis on system performance with foreign integrated systems.
- Conduct analysis and verification of requirements as well as development of test and analysis objectives.
- Require development of briefings and documentation such as verification plans, analyses, reports, and technical briefings for IFMC SE leadership.
- Requires a strong background in development and modification of software tools for data parsing and analysis.
- Directly support analysis of Hardware In The Loop (HWIL) and live Range testing of current and developmental AMD systems.
Basic Qualifications:
- Must have 10+ years direct experience with AMD systems, with specific system engineering knowledge and experience with one (1) or more of the following systems: IBCS, PATRIOT, THAAD, C2BMC, FAAD, AEGIS, Sentinel, or equivalent.
- Must have experience in requirements development, analysis and verification of two (2) or more of the following AMD areas: track management, threat evaluation, engagement planning and processing, interceptor guidance, IFF, CCTDI, Non-Cooperative Target Recognition, sensor geodetic registration, defense planning, sensor coverage evaluation and optimization, tactical distributed systems, networked sensors, engagement resource management, or force operations.
- Must be experienced analyzing and verifying requirements and be capable of translating requirements into testable event objectives
Must be a strong programmer and must demonstrate proficiency with at least one scripting or programming language (e.g. Python, Matlab, C/C++, Java).
Other Qualifications:
- Direct experience with IBCS or PATRIOT system data.
- Experience in Foreign sales is not a requirement but is highly desired.
- Must be a good communicator, and should show enthusiasm, independent critical thinking, and good interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with Host Nation/Foreign Technical and managerial staff and command-level officers are important, as well as the ability to respond to quick turn requests.
Clearance Requirements:
- Candidate must have a current Secret security clearance.
Other Requirements:
- Some travel will occasionally be required in support of on-site analysis activities of live and HWIL testing. Current travel will be limited to the continental US, but foreign travel is a possibility starting in CY2023.
