We're an eCommerce agency specializing in the Amazon marketplace. We work primarily with medium-to-large consumer products companies in the US and Canada. Verticals we operate in include outdoor apparel, athletic apparel, pet treats, spices & herbs, skincare, beard products, diaper bags, and more.
We have a main office in Torrance, CA (in the Greater Los Angeles area), a fulfillment center, and a diverse team of nearly 30 members across the US and the globe.

Who we need:
We're looking for a highly motivated, organized, personable Amazon Catalog/ Listings Manager.
This is a hybrid role, and excellent communication and organization are critical. You will work in office with the TESMO team on Wednesday and Fridays.
Specific accountabilities, skills, and responsibilities:
The Amazon Catalog/ Listings Manager is the primary point of contact for clients for all things catalog:
Key accountabilities include:
- Catalog strategy: Developing and implementing tailored catalog management strategies to align with clients' business objectives and drive growth on the Amazon platform
- Product catalog management: Ensuring accurate and optimized product listings, maintaining high-quality product information, and managing product variations
- Listing optimization: Implementing data-driven strategies to enhance product visibility, improving search ranking, and driving conversions
- Price and cost data management: Managing cost and pricing data for all listings
- Catalog audits: Regularly reviewing and analyzing product listings to identify areas for improvement, ensure compliance with Amazon guidelines, and maintain catalog integrity
- Performance analysis and reporting: Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform strategic decision-making and provide actionable insights
- Cross-functional collaboration: Working closely with internal teams, such as marketing, content, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of catalog management strategies
- Continuous improvement: Staying up-to-date with Amazon platform changes, industry trends, and best practices to drive innovation and enhance clients' success on the marketplace
Skills and responsibilities include:
- Proven track record in managing Amazon product catalogs, listings optimization, and enhancing product visibility
- Deep familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, including product listing creation, variation management, and inventory management
- Strong understanding of Amazon fulfillment processes, including FBA and FBM
- Ability to analyze and interpret Amazon sales data, product performance metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform strategic decision-making
- Proficient in using advanced Excel functions and SQL for data analysis, management, and optimization of product listings
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, ensuring timely completion of tasks and client deliverables
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with clients and internal teams
- Passion for continuous learning and sharing knowledge about the latest trends and best practices in Amazon catalog management
- Great sense of humor and an ability to laugh at yourself

Location
This is a hybrid role. You'll be required to be in-office at our Torrance, California location two times a week.
Education/ Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years working in account management
- 2+ years experience working in the Amazon space
Salary: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
