Amazon Brand Manager

JOB SUMMARY

This NAR Associate, as a TEAM member within the Sales Organization, is primarily responsible for all aspects and oversight of Amazon and other 3rd party online sale platforms regarding NAR products. This role is wholly responsible for the Amazon store presence, sales and customer service resolution. This NAR associate will work closely with Amazon Brand Registry to register and maintain all NAR trademarks and brands across the organization. This NAR associate will work diligently to monitor and protect NAR in the 3rd party sales platform space. The role will require significant attention to detail, organization, and persistent follow-up skills. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manages all aspects and oversight of Amazon and other 3rd party online sales platforms regarding NAR products.
• Works with NAR Team for Amazon store presence, sales and customer service resolution.
• Works with Amazon Brand Registry to register and maintain all NAR trademarks and brands across the organization.
• Work diligently to monitor and protect NAR in the 3rd party sales platform space.
• Maintain a professional image and TEAM focused attitude.
• Completes all other assigned duties as required.

SUPPLEMENTAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Completes any tasks and/or projects assigned by supervisor

AUTHORITY

• This role does not manage any direct reports.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

• Applicable working experience and knowledge of Amazon and other 3rd Party online platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in public safety, business, or related field preferred.

Competency and Skills

• Knowledge and experience of Amazon and other 3rd Party online platforms required.
• Knowledge and experience of Fulfillment By Amazon / Merchant Fulfilled Network required.
• Knowledge with Amazon Vendor Central preferred.
• Communicates with other Sales team members proficiently.
• Displays business acumen, performance management, organization, and presentation skills.
• Identifies and resolves problems with limited supervision.
• Demonstrates a team-orientated mindset and the technical capacity to fulfill duties.

Experience

• Amazon and other 3rd Party online platform sales experience.
• Working knowledge of FBA / MFN
• Public Safety or related field experience is preferred.
Experience planning, organizing, and supporting trade shows is a plus.

DEMANDS

Time and Availability

• Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours each week from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. or some variation thereof.
• Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Travel

• Must have transportation to and from headquarters in Greer, South Carolina
• Able to minimally travel as needed
