Voyager Home Healthcare (https://voyagerhomehealthcare.com/) provides excellent in-home Nursing, Certified Nursing Assistants, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Personal Care Worker services throughout the state of Colorado (Denver, Ft. Collins, Pueblo and Colorado Springs). We have opened office locations in Miami and Tucson as well. Additionally, we have four CNA schools (https://www.getcna.co/) which are unique in that they allow students to take their classes in an online format while enabling them to attend in-person clinical and practice labs.

Our company is aggressive in our development and relentless in our innovation. We are looking for individuals who wish to grow with us as we continue our unrelenting expansion throughout the United States and into several different healthcare-related industries.

Program Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Alternative Administrator to lead our team in delivering exceptional care to patients in the comfort of their homes. The Alternative Administrator will report directly to our Administrator and Chief Executive Officer and help oversee our IHSS, Parent CNA, Staffing, Accounting, and Private Pay patient departments.

You will also be pivotal in policy development, community outreach, and integrating innovative healthcare technologies. The role demands a compassionate leader who is adept at maintaining the organization's financial health and committed to providing personalized care. Join us in a dynamic environment where your leadership will make a real difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

  • Crisis Management: Respond effectively to emergencies or unexpected situations that may arise in the course of providing home healthcare services.
  • Patient and Family Support: Ensure that patients and their families are fully informed about the care being provided and are supported throughout the care process, including addressing any concerns or complaints.
  • Record Keeping and Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all patients, including care plans, progress notes, and billing information, ensuring confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
