Allergy Lab Tech / Immunotherapy Mixing

Must Have Allergy Immunotherapy Mixing Experience!

I am currently seeking an ExperiencedAllergy Technician to work in our lab running blood allergy tests and mixing allergy immunotherapy (shots and drops).

Our lab is in a private office setting in the Cypress area and most days you would be the only person there. We collect patient blood samples at pont-of-care from doctors offices using a finger prick. All samples are shipped directly to our lab where we process, run, and upload test results to our proprietary lab portal. I have someone that calls every patient to discuss their test results so you do not need to do that. However, doctors can order immunotherapy (shots and drops) for their patients directly in our lab portal which you will need to formulate, mix, and ship out on a timely basis. You will also need to keep track of inventory and place orders with our vendors as needed to keep the system running.

We have been doing this for 4 years and have an efficient system in place.

Primary responsibilities will be;

• Run blood allergy tests - we will train you on the lab equipment
• Upload patient test results to the lab portal
• Mix allergy immunotherapy as orders come in to the portal
• Ship out all immunotherapy orders to patients and doctors offices
• Keep track of inventory for the allergy test kits and allergen extracts
• Ship out allergy test kits and shipping supplies to doctors offices as needed
• Help the billing team with immunotherapy medical records requests as needed

Must be dependable, have reliable transportation, be organized and self motivated to handle tasks on your own. We will train you on everything we are doing and the entire process.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 33 – 40 per week
