Role: Pueo Business Solutions is looking for a TS/SCI cleared All-Source Intelligence Specialist to support a DoD customer in Fort Liberty, NC.

Responsibilities:

Performs as an All-Source Intelligence Specialist for various disciplines that impact U.S. Special Operations Forces (USSOF) and Army Special Operations Forces (ARSOF). As an All-Source Intelligence Analyst and organizational expert for various disciplines including human intelligence (HUMIT), signals intelligence (SIGINT), and counterintelligence (CI). Uses all-source intelligence and counter-intelligence information to determine the capabilities, vulnerabilities, and threats from foreign intelligence entities.

  • Responsible for research and production of intelligence reports, estimates, and assessments in support of acquisition (acquisition, procurement, and contracting), program and capabilities protection, technology protection, supply chain risk management (SCRM), information operations, influence activities, and support to counterintelligence investigations and operations,
  • Conducts threat analysis in support of capabilities protection, vendor threat mitigation, and influence operations,
  • Assesses developments, trends, and adversary Foreign Intelligence Entities (FIE) implications of CPC and USSOF operations, including exercises, experiments, engagements, and demonstrations,
  • Prepares all-source intelligence products, collection plans, and assessments for various projects that support the USASOC mission,
  • Represents the CPC as an All-Source Intelligence Analyst during coordination and liaison with counterparts throughout the national intelligence community (IC), intelligence, Interagency (IA), USSOCOM, military services, and other government agencies,
  • Routinely collaborates with senior-level officials in the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), National Security Agency (NSA), Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), State Department, Department of Energy, Department of Treasury, and Unified Command Theater Joint Intelligence Centers based on mission requirements,
  • Daily interfaces with national and theater-level counterparts to maintain situational awareness and develop strategies to accomplish sensitive Special Operations Forces (SOF) unique intelligence requirements in direct support of modernization, acquisition, capabilities protection, exercises, experiments, and engagements,
  • Attends conferences and meetings held by the various government and military intelligence agencies in furtherance of the information needs of the command,
  • Utilizes contacts to influence external organizations to support USASOC CPC requirements, plans, and courses of action,
  • Conducts daily research and analysis of FIE and foreign military/threat operations, capabilities, and trends to support all-source intelligence production,
  • Develops estimates and projections,
  • Reviews all-source intelligence traffic daily, develops all source intelligence briefings, fact sheets, professional articles, white papers, and other products to keep the USASOC CPC and subordinate units informed,
  • Conducts threat briefings to the USASOC Command and Staff, subordinate units, as others as required,
  • Prepares all source products and responses on complex issues to fulfill USASOC CPC intelligence requirements,
  • May be required to possess or have the capability to gain Regional or Area of Responsibly (AOR) specific expertise based on existing requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum qualifications include ten years' experience as a U.S. Army All Source Intelligence Technician Warrant Officer (350F), or equivalent,
  • TOP SECRET//SCI security clearance is required with eligibility for SAP and ACCM access,
  • Recent, relevant experience within the last two to five years,
  • Experience correlating information from multiple intelligence disciplines and delivering assessments and intelligence estimates is required,
  • Experience as a collection manager or working collection requirements,
  • Experience working within U.S. Special Operations Forces (USSOF),
  • Experience in targeting operations,
  • Experience in Deception In Support of Operations Security (DISO),
  • Experience in Joint Military Deception (MILDEC),
  • Experience in post-op Assessments,

  • Special Operations Forces (SOF) Experience.
