Why this Role is Important:
Budderfly installs a variety of advanced technologies to save energy on our customers' sites. Ensuring that these technologies operate efficiently and without alarms present is vital to the success the organization. This role is a key player among the impactful team which is tasked with ensuring that these technologies continue to operate at the utmost efficiency by proactively working with customers who have potential issues present at their site(s).
Responsibilities:
- Recognizing diagnostic alarms and inefficient operations present through the installed technologies' portals. These include:
- HVAC thermostat portals
- Refrigeration controller portals
- Network-connected HVAC unit portals
- Network Connectivity Portal
- Proactively sharing potential issues and inefficient operations with customers through verbal and non-verbal communication.
- Escalation to internal teams for on-site technical/ repair dispatches.
- Escalating non-responses and denials from customers to the team for further action.
- Keeping daily logs and records of all functions in Company work order system.
- Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements.
- Assisting with customers' queries.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Networking, thermostat, and refrigeration experience is a benefit.
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers.
- Enjoys continuous learning, as supported by your organization, both technically and professionally
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Work across / with organization Teams.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Option of Hybrid or Remote

Compensation is based on factors including level of experience, skillset, qualifications, and location.
