Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Representative. Melograno Sales Representatives are responsible for growing the company portfolio with a mixture of On Premise and Off Premise accounts, as well as engaging consumers through point of sale and shelf assortment at retail accounts and sponsored events.

In addition, a Sales Relief Representative identifies new markets and business opportunities to increase market share while building and maintain relationships with accounts and retailers.

The Field Sales Representative will identify potential customers, build relationships with them, present our products, work with distributor(s) to close sales. Additionally, the Field Sales Representative will provide ongoing support to existing customers, monitor market trends, and gather customer feedback.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Visit assigned retail accounts to sell volume, increase distribution, monitor price and shelf space management
• Work closely with distributor to coordinate new accounts
• Increase shelf space and position for Melograno products
• Participate in new product launch events including tastings and sponsored events.
• Make daily decisions regarding retail inventory levels using past sales history and reports
• Attend sales meetings to discuss sales issues, competitive activities, and opportunities to maximize sales efforts
• Represent Melograno through promotions and company tastings/events. You’re the face of the company, make us proud!

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age and have a valid driver’s license
• Ability and willingness to work flexible hours
• Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills
• Strong customer service skills and ability to grow and manage customer relationships
• Ability to move products, hang merchandise and fulfill other physical requirements including: repetitive lifting, bending, pulling and pushing.
• Sales and Business Development skills
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
• Experience in the beverage or alcohol industry
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
