SalaryWe are currently looking for an Alarm Technician to join our team in our call center. We are seeking a candidate with experience in residential security, multi-line monitoring, and alarm installation. The ideal candidate will have an interest in technology and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. We're looking for candidates that take pride in their work and enjoy helping customers in times of crisis.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose security systems.
- Re-key and or re-program security systems.
- Repair or replace defective components of security systems.
- Install, maintain and repair security systems.
- Install, maintain and repair security monitoring equipment or systems.
- Dispense material to customer.
- Assess customer needs.
- Explain features, benefits and operation of security system.
- Provide customer training on basic operation of a security system.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- On call

Experience:
- Alarm System & Access Control Technicians: 1 year (Preferred)
