Job Description
Service Calls to customer homes for home security, alarm and automation systems.
Test, inspect and repair various types of fire and security systems to ensure full system functionality. Document and repair customer on-site deficiencies.
Accurately complete Service Technician paperwork and document account notes.
Technically Inclined. Provide excellent Customer Service Skills and attitude
Possess proven problem-solving skills and critical thinking skills. Searching for reliable and self-starter individual.
Qualifications:
· Valid Driver’s License
· High school diploma or GED
· Use tools and equipment safely
· Experience Preferred
