Key Responsibilities
- Professional appearance and work ethics.
- Be familiar with all lots and the requirements for the use of each.
- Learn the procedures for traffic flow for Taxis, Shuttles, Tour Busses, and Delivery Trucks.
- Must be able to communicate proper procedures to those using the facility.
- Flexible work schedule.
- Use respectful communication to assist guests with their questions, problems, or concerns.
- Immediately report any accidents, incidents or safety concerns to Operations Manager.
- Always communicate professionally with guests, client, and teammates.
- Employee must be able to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Reliable transportation is a plus.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- At least 18 years of age.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to verbally communicate with guests.
- Superior people interaction skills.
- Previous customer service experience, preferred.
