Job Description
We are a property management company looking to hire an Airbnb Assistant for our properties who can help with securing reservations, guest communication, on-site check-ins, troubleshooting issues, local errands, file claims, email/phone support, staging, scheduling cleanings, coordinate maintenance and vendors, fix minor maintenance issues with homes, and central dispatch for any operational needs.
This position would mostly be in office with visits to our locations and be full-time. We are expanding quickly so there is lots of opportunity for more growth in the coming months. We are looking for a team member who has a positive and solution-oriented attitude, is reliable, efficient, and dedicated to 5-star quality of their services. This is an in-office position! But site visits will be necessary.
Someone with handyman experience is required.
Minimum Requirements
Must have experience with Airbnb.
Must have a car.
Must pass a background check.
Must have a reliable source of communication (phone).
