Lead Trainer Role:
- Training New Cleaners: Develop and implement training programs for new cleaners, teaching them proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Assessing Skills: Evaluate the skills and performance of new cleaners during the training period, providing feedback and guidance to help them improve their cleaning abilities.

- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Reliable transportation (you'll be driving to assignments).
