Airbnb turnover cleaners

Job Overview:
Need a dependable part-time cleaner for Airbnb cleanings. I have 2 Airbnb's that can schedule between 5 to 8 cleaning times each, per month. Flat rate paid for each clean. Minimum pay $50, maximum pay, $75 per cleaning; paid the same day. Must have reliable transportation, smartphone. Must be detail oriented, pass background checks, and have some type of cleaning experience. Must be DEPENDABLE! Can start next week. This is a part-time 1099 position. Duties:
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other areas as needed
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Maintain inventory of supplies-

Experience:
- Previous experience in custodial or housekeeping preferred
- Knowledge of residential cleaning or hotel cleaning procedures is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
