Air / Ocean Import Agent

Responsible of:

• opening files
• scan and upload documents onto our online platform
• follow up on air and ocean arrivals
• submit documents for customs clearance
• schedule deliveries
• provide basic customer service to our clients
• track and trace deliveries, get PODs
• answering high volume of phone calls/emails
• checking and entering provider's invoices into our system
• billing

Other duties might be assigned related to the above, the position and the experience of the candidate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour

Experience:

• Freight: 5 years (Required)
• Airfreight import: 2 years (Required)
• Ocean Freight Import: 2 years (Required)
