Air Cargo Operations Agent/Mon-Fri 9Am To 5Pm

Reynolds Logistics is a subcontractor for a division of UPS called UPS Supply Chain Solutions. This division moves heavyweight airfreight within their domestic air freight network in the United States and to all points worldwide.

We support this division by providing operations support in cities within the United States. In Phoenix we will provide operations and customer service support.

We are looking for a person who has skills working both in a warehouse environment and skills in an office. This position is about 95% office work but there is 5% of the time working in the warehouse.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring our shipments are accounted for by running reports, making appointments for customers, and interacting within the UPS software. This is very detailed work that needs constant attention. So the candidate must be a detailed oriented and a very organized person that is comfortable spending the majority of the day in front of a computer.

The candidate will be involved in talking with customers about any requests they may have regarding shipments that need to be picked up, tracking of cargo and possibly quoting a customers future shipment. This communication is done via phone or email.

We do not get retail customers in our office.

We will provide all training and simply need someone who is anxious to learn and grow at our company. Attendance is critical and you must be someone that shows up to work on time daily except for days prescheduled to be off in advance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
