ROLE SUMMARY
The AIDA Portfolio & Operations, Senior Associate will shape and execute the AIDA organization communication strategy. This colleague will foster continuous improvement of processes involving the AIDA Portfolio of projects, programs, and initiatives while driving clear and effective communication across the organization.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver clear communication across AIDA, supporting alignment and effective prioritization across the organization
- Own and enhance the process to effectively share learnings, aligned awareness, and celebrate successes as one AIDA team
- Partner with project leads across AIDA organization to understand projects’/programs’/initiatives’ value and expected impact to Pfizer and patients
- Support creation and delivery of effective communications of special projects in AIDA and in Pfizer Digital
- Act as a data steward of the AIDA Portfolio, efficiently supporting 100% data quality target
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Applicant must have a Bachelor’s degree with three years of relevant experience;
- OR Master’s degree with one year of relevant experience;
- OR Associate's degree with six years of relevant experience;
- OR eight years of relevant experience with a high school diploma or equivalent
- Comprehensive knowledge of Portfolio & Reporting practices
- Experience delivering effective communications aligned with organization communication strategies
- Experience in managing business relationships
- Requires strong understanding of principles of communications and applies these skills and learnings to achieve goals
- Open to apply experimentation and use of new ideas
- Makes decisions to resolve problems with short-term impact within work team
NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS
- Minimal travel, less than 20%.
- Ability to meet virtually with team members in other regions during off-hours as needed.
- Ability to attend collaborative events and foster independent networking on-site.
- Independent and self-motivated such that remote working is as productive as on-site activities.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $74,900.00 to $124,800.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 7.5% of the base salary.
