The Role

This Individual Contributor (IC) role is to contribute to Everseen'scustomer facing TechnicalTeam whose mission is to enhance customer satisfaction through efficient deployment, support and enhanced client's understanding of our AI products.
We are an agile team of very strong engineers, researchers, and project managers, with a "move-fast" attitude, passion for creating new things the right way, for solving tough problems and delighting our customers. We encourage innovation, proactivity, autonomy, collaboration.
What you'll do (Main responsibilities)
  • Ensure that our customers receive best in class support and deployment services in relation to Everseen products
  • Develop and maintain an indepth knowledge of Everseen's products and technical specifications
  • Participate in technical calls with the customer, lead and address any technical or operational issues. Ensure that these are addressed quickly and resolved.
  • Understand the customers' requirements and complete system changes to meet these requirements
  • Works with the customer to understand the gaps between the solution and their requirements. Supports the team to close these gaps.
  • Works with our customer to investigate and resolve all troubleshooting challenges using various different methods - bug hunt, problem root cause drill-down
  • Ensures that all services and products are running at an optimal level.
  • Participate in technical calls with the customer and make system changes based on the identified requirements from the customer
  • Install and configure the entire system
  • Monitor and ensure all services are properly running. Investigate and troubleshoot the entire system
  • Identify technical/operational gaps and participates in their remediation and identify new developments and requirements
  • Assist deployers, configurators, TS, development with complex challenges
  • Determines integration requirements for an evolving system or a new one (at idea stage)
  • Able to quickly put up a functioning system out of available code and libraries
  • General troubleshooting activities
Profile and Skills
  • You are a fast learner with the ability to quickly get up to speed with Everseen products and how various components interact and work together
  • Experience in working and communicating effectively with the customer is critical
  • Extensive experience with Linux and proficient in working with Docker and/or Podman
  • Software versioning systems such as Git
  • Basic networking knowledge (virtual private networks, subnets, DNS configurations, SSL certificates, etc.)
  • Understanding of standard network communication protocols such as TCP, UDP, HTTP, WS, FTP
  • You enjoy solving problems creatively. You take pride in your work and you strive to delight your customers
  • You have a continuous learning and improvement mindset with a focus on innovation and automation for scale
  • You have excellent communication skills and you have a proven track record of building key successful relationships with stakeholders / customers. You enjoy working as part of a team
Additional Skills:
  • Bash script, ElasticSearch, Mysql
  • REST, JSON, XML
  • Regex, Azure stack and tools, NGINX
  • Message brokers (e.g. MQTT, RabbitMQ, Redis)
  • TypeScript, Python, Javascript
  • RTSP feeds
  • Kubernetes and Ansible, Terraform
  • Programming skills in any of these languages is a plus - React, Nodejs, C++
