What You’ll Lead:
- Charter Marketing Strategy: Drive the development of an AI-enhanced charter marketing strategy to stay competitive.
- Charter Services Promotion: Work alongside leadership to market and sell charter services, using AI for targeted client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic AI Implementation: Design and implement AI-driven strategies to optimize sales processes and enhance customer interactions in the Private Aviation sector.
- Sales Process Optimization: Utilize AI to streamline the management and processing of inbound quotes, sourcing of charter flights, and follow-up communication with clients.
- Customer Relationship Management: Integrate AI with our CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) to personalize customer experiences and increase sales efficiency.
- Data Analysis and Insight Generation: Analyze sales data and market trends using AI to identify growth opportunities and improve decision-making.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, flight support, and maintenance teams to ensure cohesive AI integration across all operational areas.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of the latest AI advancements and apply best practices to maintain Silver Air's leadership in Private Aviation technology.
- Sales Optimization: Deploy AI to enhance efficiency in processing inbound quotes and sourcing charter flights, ensuring quick, competitive responses.
- Fleet Utilization: Use AI to maximize fleet efficiency, collaborating with flight support and maintenance for optimal scheduling and uptime.
- Customer Engagement: Develop AI tools for superior customer interaction, upholding privacy and professionalism for our elite clientele.
- Sales and CRM Management: Automate sales volume tracking and CRM activities, focusing on precision and growth targets.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Proven experience as an AI Solutions Architect, with a strong focus on sales and/or Private Aviation.
- Expertise in AI and machine learning technologies, with the ability to apply these in a sales context.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, particularly HubSpot, and the ability to optimize these tools through AI integration.
- Strong analytical skills, with the capacity to translate data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- A background in aviation is preferred but not required.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and to lead cross-functional projects.
