Job DescriptionAgronomy Sales Territory Representative
An extremely progressive and fast growing ag retail company is expanding their sales team. They are looking for someone with experience selling seed, fertilizer and chemical direct to growers. Someone with previously built relationships in the area as well as the ability to develop and grow new relationships. They offer uncapped commission potential which allows an aggressive salesperson to push the limits of their earning potential.
Salary = $50,000 - $70,000 + Commission
QualificationsQualifications:
· Two or four year degree in Agronomy, Ag Economics, Ag Business, Ag Education, Ag Engineering, Soil or Weed Science.
· One to three years additional Agronomy/seed experience
· Extensive knowledge of agronomy.
· Excellent communication and problem-solving capabilities to provide cost effective services for cooperative patrons.
· Ability to work extended hours in-season.
· Good mathematical aptitude.
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications:
· CCA Certification or willingness to obtain
· Minimum five years' experience in agri-business.
