Agility Coach

Job Summary

Our Agile CoE collaborates with the business, operations, technology, finance, HR and other functions across the organization.

There will be occasions to organize events and meet-ups and deliver coaching remotely and in-person, though the role requires onsite presence in our NY office for at least 3 days/ week.

What you need to have:

• Significant experience as an Agile Coach, guiding teams to adopt agile and overcome obstacles within large, complex organisations.
• Exposure to Scrum@Scale, Large Scale Scrum, Scrum, Kanban, and any certifications such as CSP (Scrum), KMP (Kanban), ICP-ACC (ICAgile) and
• Scrum@Scale Practitioner would be highly desirable.
• Strong skills in facilitation, continuous improvement, empowerment, and transparency.
