Compensation: $75k-90k Base + Day 1 (Full Benefits)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage Dealer Sales interactions for the Quarry/Aggregate Industries and Concrete/ Asphalt/ Metal Recycling Industries
- Build relationships with Dealers and End Users of Very Heavy Industrial Equipment
- Communicate with customers to continuously help improve product designs aimed at reducing costs
- Become a trusted partner and facilitator
- Define an account plan (including objectives, forecasts, and budget) in line with other commercial plans
- Initiate and maintain relations with (potential) customers through regular field visits, monitor developments and performance and act as business partner for assigned accounts.
- Establish and track service/product performance by means of periodical and ad hoc reports and/or analyses
- Ensure periodical reports (quantitative and qualitative), company reporting standards and formats
- Monitor and check the outstanding accounts receivable, observe potential problems
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Applications
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive, proactive, self-starter and team player
- Technical sales experience
- Technical degree a plus
- Experience in the Aggregate, Quarry, and/or Recycling Industry a plus
