Agent Services Coordinator for Successful Real Estate Office (Corvallis)

*WANTED* Technology focused self-motivated individual for Agent Services Coordinator to join our busy Real Estate team in Albany.

DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO

• New Agent Orientation and Training
• Agent Retention
• Assist in the management of the office by providing support and feedback to team on all matters affecting the productivity and operation of the Market Center.
• Responsible for being the go to person for any office technology needs such as but not limited to laptops, business pages and platform systems.
• Assisting the agents in purchasing of signs, business cards and CRM systems.
• Provide Support and Training services and
• Responsible for teaching one Technology class a month and scheduling associate appointments each week for individual technology needs and growth.
• Accept and perform other work as assigned.

*OTHER DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO*

• Assisting with answering telephones and direct callers appropriately
• Be a team player keeping the offices clean and professional
• Attend all Team Huddles and teach tech trainings that are offered in the office
• Assist team with daily schedules, tasks, flyers and classes/events
• Assist in keeping the office on track and productive
• Maintain personal working relationships with agents – interact daily
• Brainstorm ways to help improve the Market Center
• Assist CEO and Office Manager with growing and maintaining the office
• Staying educated and current on trainings and communication
• Assist with the marketing of the market center and our culture, via Website and social media

*MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS*

-Technology background a plus!
-Demonstrate excellent computer skills, including, but not limited to, proficient use of Microsoft Office products such as Word, Publisher, Excel, Canva, google suite systems and the ability to learn new systems.
-Excellent interpersonal skills for communicating with a large variety of people, on the phone or in person.
-Great attitude, with a focus on patience and humor in the work place.
-Professional appearance and demeanor.
-Excellent attention to detail, spelling & grammar.
-Demonstrated typing speed of 100 WPM.
-Proficiency in standard office tasks such as making copies, scanning, faxing, using email, etc.
-Experience in realty and/or Title Companies a plus.

Compensation: $18 an hour
