Agent Marketing Services Coordinator

We are currently hiring for the position of Agent Marketing Services Coordinator. The AMSC will be responsible for generating scalable content, providing personalized marketing support, conducting training sessions, and fostering connections within our network to empower our agents for success.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Generation and Tailored Social Media Templates:

• Develop monthly, tailored social media templates to bolster agents' personal brand recognition.
• Curate and create scalable content to ensure a consistent supply of fresh and engaging material for our agents to utilize.

Professional Photography:

• Capture high-quality professional headshots for agents for use across various media platforms.
• Assist agents in maintaining a strong visual presence to enhance their brand identity.

Graphic Design:

• Craft compelling graphic design visuals for the front of the house and back of the initiatives within our organization.
• Collaborate with agents to create captivating graphics for their real estate businesses.

Tailored Marketing Support:

• Provide customized marketing support to agents, catering to their individual needs on a case-by-case basis.
• Offer personalized assistance for various marketing tasks and projects.

Agent Education and Training:

• Deliver comprehensive marketing courses and workshops to equip agents with essential skills and knowledge.
• Conduct personalized one-on-one training sessions to empower agents to execute marketing tasks independently.

Onboarding and Integration Support:

• Guide new and transfer agents through a meticulous marketing onboarding process to ensure their long-term success.
• Support transfer agents in transitioning within our brokerage by assisting with initial marketing tasks.

Network Facilitation and Technology Empowerment:

• Facilitate collaboration between agents and external vendors for marketing needs, such as signage and advertising.
• Empower agents to effectively utilize in-house technology and tools to meet client needs and enhance business operations.

AI Automations and Efficiency Training:

• Implementing AI automations into your daily operations to aid in day-to-day productivity.
• Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to empower our agents in effectively leveraging AI technologies for improved business performance.

This position is full-time 40 hours, Monday through Friday. There will be occasional travel to our other offices. The right candidate must be located in or near Ankeny, Iowa, working primarily from our Ankeny office. On-the-job training will be provided.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in marketing, content creation, or a similar role.
• Impressive graphic design skills and portfolio of work.
• Links to active social media accounts.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Diligent follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in utilizing various social media platforms and marketing tools.
• Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel to offices across the state of Iowa.
