Job Posting

As an Agent Experience Advocate at American National you will serve as the primary liaison between the ML Field Force and the Home Office on all matters related to technological systems and advancements, and other items impacting the experience of our Field Agents with American National. You will interact heavily with agents, field leadership, RFE/RBCs, MLA, Marketing, Underwriting, CTS, and others, and help to translate field needs into actionable items for the Home Office to deliver. You will also serve in a Product Owner capacity for high profile, mission-critical agencies projects and initiatives. This is an in-office role in Springfield, MO, or Albany, NY. 

 

What Will You Do?
Identifies opportunities to enhance and advance our technological solutions utilized by agents, which has a direct impact on sales volume and results.
Interacts with agents, field leadership, RFE/RBCs, MLA, Marketing, Underwriting, CTS, and others regarding field deliverables from the Home Office.
Serves as Product Owner for large, mission-critical agencies projects and initiatives, such as Agency Management System implementation, Agent Central redesign, automation of field facing tools, etc.
Works with Field Support and Service Desk to actively solicit and identify trending pain points and issues with the field, then develops and proposes solutions to Home Office teams to address these situations.
Regularly participates in field related meetings (both virtually and in-person) to gather feedback and items of concern/focus originating from the field.

 

Required Qualifications 
Bachelor's degree.
Four to six years of experience.
Ability to travel occasionally. 

 

Preferred Qualifications 
Insurance experience and relevant industry designations.
Experience with American National systems and programs.
Experience with product or project management.
Experience with Underwriting, Product Management, or as an agent.
