Title: Agency Recruiter, First Connect

Location: US Remote in one of the following states: Texas, Florida or Illinois

Reporting To: Operations Manager

About You:

We are seeking a dynamic individual with a proven ability to drive new agency sign-ups and increase agency production within First Connect. The ideal candidate should excel in building strong agency relationships, possess exceptional sales acumen, and demonstrate a track record of exceeding sales targets in a high-volume environment. They should be passionate about empowering others to succeed, with strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

What You'll Do:

  • Generate new agency partnerships by converting inbound leads and qualifying leads through daily outbound calls, emails and text outreach
  • Regularly schedule, coordinate, and conduct agent onboarding meetings for agency partnerships that are newly activated
  • Provide a seamless agency onboarding experience by training agency personnel on appointed carrier products, First Connect portal, and general underwriting guidelines
  • Collect and communicate feedback from agent onboarding's to drive continuous improvements
  • Improve overall agency production by identifying and removing obstacles in current agency processes
  • Assist with agency communications and quarterly carrier evaluations

Must-Haves:

  • 3+ years of experience in the Property & Casualty space with knowledge around various insurance carrier products
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Property & Casualty insurance license preferred but not required
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets in a high-volume environment with a proven track record of driving production growth within accounts
  • Excellent written and oral communication and organizational skills, including formal presentation abilities
  • Self-motivated and directed; ability to collaborate is a must, but you will be autonomous and expected to succeed without heavy oversight
  • Strong intellectual curiosity and a desire to help others solve problems
  • Flexible and willing to do what is needed to get great work done

The base plus commission pay range for this role is $56,600 - $84,800. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, location, business needs and market demands.
