Responsibilities:
- Effectively receive customer inquiries and handle complaints in a timely manner
- Treat every customer in a professional and courteous manner
- Update the information on product maintenance and related services to customers in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot and resolve product repair questions and concerns
- Record market change information and update customer information in time
- Continuously develop new products and improve product maintenance technology
Skills:
- Fluent in Mandarin(required)
- College degree
- At least 2 years relevant work experience
- Ability to work without supervision
- Have experience in facing customers
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
- Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
- Detail-driven, proactive
