After Hours Intake/Administrative Staff

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration Executive to join our team. As an Administration Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Duties:

- Provide administrative support to the management team

- Manage calendars and schedule appointments

- Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting agendas

- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records

-Assist with intakes.

-Audit case files and data entry.

-Assist with filing

-Answer Intake calls

- Assist with document preparation and formatting

- Handle incoming calls.

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient office operations

Requirements:

- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred

- Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to operate phone systems effectively

- Exceptional customer service skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
